Fred's Background and experiences include:

- Extensive international experience in Europe, Asia and Mexico
- Over 20 years experience in the field of Lean and Operational Excellence
- Leadership and executive level positions in Fortune 500 companies
- Experience in diverse industries that include; aerospace, paper processing, automotive, medical, refrigeration, metal cutting, electromechanical and military
- M.S. in Operational Management from RPI, B.S. in Industrial Technology from SIU
